From the front line to a specialist practice
Absolute Funding Partners was built by people who have spent years on the lending front line, originating, underwriting, and managing real estate-backed loans from bridging finance and light refurbishments through to ground-up development schemes. We saw the same gaps everywhere: lenders drowning in servicing overhead, funding development without construction expertise, and reaching for workout help only once a loan had already failed.
So we built a firm to fill those gaps. AFP is a specialist origination, servicing and administration business. We source and structure lending opportunities, underwrite deals, service books, lead developments, and drive the recovery of distressed positions as our clients’ partner. To do that work to the standard we hold ourselves to, we built our own lending infrastructure and run it in-house on every mandate.
