We provide origination, underwriting, servicing, development management, and restructuring and recovery services to real estate lenders. 2. What This Policy Covers
This policy covers personal data we collect through this website, principally via our contact form. It does not cover personal data we process when delivering origination, underwriting, servicing, development management, or restructuring and recovery services under a signed mandate with a lender client, including any data relating to borrowers, guarantors, or properties. That processing is governed by the terms of the relevant client and data processing agreements, not by this website policy.
3. What Data We Collect
Submitted via our contact form: first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional), company name, your role, service of interest (optional), and any message content you provide.
Collected automatically: this website does not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details on what our hosting infrastructure sets by default.
4. How We Use Your Data
| Purpose | Data used | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Responding to your enquiry | Name, email, phone, company, role, service of interest, message | Legitimate interest (responding to a business enquiry you initiated) |
| Assessing whether we can assist with your loan book or mandate | Name, company, role, service of interest, message | Legitimate interest / steps taken at your request prior to a contract |
| Keeping a record of enquiries for our own administration | All fields submitted | Legitimate interest |
We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or automated decision-making. We will not add you to a mailing list or send marketing communications unless you explicitly ask us to.
5. Who We Share Your Data With
We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under appropriate data processing terms:
| Service | Purpose | Data shared |
|---|---|---|
| Email delivery service | Delivering contact form submissions to our team by email | Name, email, phone, company, role, message |
| Website hosting service | Hosting this website and processing form submissions | Form data in transit |
These providers are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for the purpose we specify. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party.
6. International Data Transfers
Our service providers may process data outside the UK, including in the EU and US. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), or transfers to jurisdictions covered by a UK adequacy decision.
7. How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain contact form submissions for 12 months from the date of submission, after which they are deleted. If your enquiry leads to an ongoing business relationship, retention of related data is instead governed by the terms of that relationship and applicable regulatory record-keeping requirements.
8. Your Rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure of your data, where there is no compelling reason for us to keep processing it.
- Restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances.
- Portability of your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at enquiries@absolutefundingpartners.com. We will respond within one month.
9. How to Complain
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, please write to us first at enquiries@absolutefundingpartners.com so we can address it directly. You also have the right to complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk or by calling 0303 123 1113.
10. Children's Data
This website is directed at business professionals and is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
